Connections to Japan

I visited Japan in May 2018 with the Denver Sister Cities group. We went to Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima, Kanazawa, and Takayama. I enjoyed the visit, especially the culture, the wonderful and friendly people, and the beautiful landscapes.

Pets, dietary restrictions, etc.:

I have two bedrooms available. One has two twin beds. The other has a queen bed. Students can choose their preferred room. Both bedrooms are upstairs and there is a private bathroom upstairs, too.

 

Other information about the household:

I live in the home by myself in Denver, Colorado. I have two nieces who lived with me for a year, but moved out recently. They have their own apartment in Denver. I have a 36 year old son who lives in Pittsburgh, PA.

I enjoy exercising and going for a long walk in the morning. I also enjoy cooking and hosting dinner parties.

I like music and sweets.
