An itinerary is a plan as of a particular point in time of where to go, when, and how. But plans change, sometimes even from moment to moment. So our plans may change based on weather, surprise opportunities, changing interests, and factors beyond our control.
Denver!

Arrival in Denver
* At 1:30 on flight United 142 (Dreamiliner)
* Pick up by host family, taken home
A day in the city:
Day leader: Kitty Comstock (303-619-3039)
* 8:30 a.m., drop off at City and County Building (1437 Bannock St)
* 9:00 a.m. Up to Mayor's office, meet with Mayor Hancock
* 9:30 a.m. Walk and bus and walk to Sakura Square, get rides
* Drive to Asahi Food (6830 E. 49th, Commerce City)
* 11:00 View yatai, picture opportunity
* Drive to Denver Zoo; lunch, stroll, explore
* Drive to Cherry Creek Mall, shopping, exploring
* 4:30 ~ 5:00 Host pick up at Cherry Creek Mall, East garage, near movie theatre (alternative arrangements possible)
Western day:
Day leader: Steve Comstock (303-619-3034)
* 8:30 - drop off at parking lot of First Universalist Church, 4101 E. Hampden
* Drive to Red Rocks; tour museum or just wander the ampitheatre
* Drive to Bear Creek stables, talk with wrangler, pictures on horseback
* Drive to Bear Creek Lake park; picnic
* Drive to Evergreen Lake for paddle boating
* return to parking lot of First Universalist Church around 4:00-4:30
* Evening: farewell party 6:30 - 9:00 at GeoTech, 2650 E. 40th Ave., Denver
